DreamWorks Furniture — What’s Old is New

These large, solid wood doors were salvaged years ago and this month Don Hancock decided that they should be corner cabinets! They are black with old green paint showing through in places. And they were matched so that one opens to the left and one opens to the right. What a great look! Come in and take a look. We sell them as a pair or singly. What a statement these would make in your home!

All Time Best Seller Re-Appears at In Due Time

corner door

When you tear down buildings to use the wood, you end up with a great many windows and doors! This piece is called a Corner Door and, of course, it is made of a solid old door.

We haven’t had one in the shop for a couple of years now, but Don has made up about 6 of them. 3 are in the shop in this painted Farmhouse White color. The other that we have in our shop is a nice, natural wood door.

All of the features, various brackets, top knots and trim, all came from old furniture. Don Hancock leaves the door knobs and hinges on to add to it’s character! Come look at our downtown Moultrie showroom at 118 S. Main St, right off the courthouse square in historic downtown Moultrie!

100 Year Old Heart Pine for Your Knife or Marble Collection

December 2nd, 2007 . by admin

Some collections are easier to display than others.  I have seen wonderful marbles or pocketknives tucked in a drawer because it’s hard to find a good way to show them off.  DreamWorks makes these nifty pocket knife racks from our old heart pine.  We also make a similar item with little indents in the bars to show that antique marble collection! These cost only $22.00 and are available at In Due Time in historic downtown Moultrie, GA. dcp_0883.jpg
